Who exactly attends from government?
Confirmed attendees include representatives from the Danish Resilience Agency, Lithuanian National Crisis Management Centre, Estonian Rescue Services, Swedish Psychological Defence Agency, Vilnius Municipality, and EPSO-G/LTG. The full government delegation is approximately 100 people from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
What is the Civil Shield Playbook?
It is the working output of the forum: a practical, actionable guide covering the first 72 hours of a civil crisis. It is developed collaboratively across both days by all participants and given to every delegate.
What is the cancellation policy?

The event is held at Hotel Golden Tulip, Warsaw. Accommodation is not included in the delegate pass but can be booked directly with the hotel. We are happy to share preferred rates on request.
