About Speaker

Unė Emilija is the Head of Crisis and Emergency Management at the Lithuanian Red Cross and leads the joint KAPP BCD project uniting Baltic Red Crosses with Civil Protection Institutions. They also serve as Head of Operations at the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC).
