About Speaker

Giedrius Meskauskas is a dedicated leader in emergency preparedness and response, currently serving as Civil Security Specialist and Lithuanian Emergency Medical Team Manager at the Ambulance Service of the Republic of Lithuania. He is passionate about building resilient communities and empowering teams, developing and implementing emergency plans, creating and conducting training exercises, and leading teams to maximize their impact during uncertain times. With a background in paramedicine, major incident management, business and product development, Giedrius brings a strategic and operational perspective to the field. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with the Lithuanian Rifleman Association and the Lithuanian Red Cross.
