About Speaker

Kacper Grzesiak is a globally experienced entrepreneur and seed investor with a passion for product, people, sales, and leadership. Currently, he divides his time primarily between Poland and France. He has over 10 years of operational experience in the U.S. and European Tech & VC sectors, spanning B2C and B2B industries, including Mobile Payments, HealthTech, E-commerce, TV, and Digital Media. He is currently focused on satellite Earth Observation (B2B and B2G sales) as Sales Director at ICEYE Poland. Holding BSc degrees in Media and Business, he helped launch an early-stage fintech startup (BIM) in NYC before founding an omnichannel e-commerce HealthTech platform (Wellbeing Network), which expanded across three European countries. After exiting, he returned to the startup ecosystem—joining accelerators such as the MIT Enterprise Forum and launching a bespoke accelerator for Google, called "Incredibles." He later earned a Space Master's-level degree from ISU and completed an MBA at INSEAD to enhance his network and skillset. He has consulted for several NewSpace projects and co-founded the inseed.vc startup fund. Currently at ICEYE, he is driving sales while deepening his expertise in Earth Observation, Aerospace, and Defense.
