About Speaker

Finished gen. Jonas Žemaitis military academy and from 2003 worked in all levels and different positions of the Border Guard Service of Lithuania. Was in charge of the Border control activities organisation unit of the Service during Covid 19 and instrumentalized migration peak in 2021 and 2022. One of the directions of activities now is border security infrastructure development.
