About Speaker

Tomas Šimukonis, the Vice Mayor of Varėna District Municipality, has been dedicated to public service since 2018. He began his career as a Senior Specialist at the Kaunas County Tax Inspectorate (2018-2021) before moving to the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance (2021-2023). In 2023, he assumed his current role as Vice Mayor, continuing his commitment to serving the community.
