About Speaker

Vladislav Kondratovič has been serving as the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania since December 12, 2024. He holds a Master's degree in Road Engineering (2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (2002), both from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
Prior to his current role, Kondratovič accumulated extensive experience in both political and civil service positions. He served as the Director of the Vilnius District Municipality Administration (2023–2024), Director of the Networks and International Relations Department at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (2021–2023), Vice-Minister of Transport and Communications (2019–2020), and Head of the Road and Air Transport Policy Group within the same ministry (2017–2019). Earlier in his career, he was the Deputy Director of the Vilnius District Municipality Administration (2011–2012) and Head of the Investment Division at the same institution (2007–2011).
